<p>The Northern Ohio PGA Birdie Club is a player performance-based fundraising drive to get Junior Tour members involved in community outreach. This will help juniors gain a greater sense of pride and accomplishment beyond just their performance during Junior Tour events. The Birdie Club supports the Northern Ohio PGA Section Foundation and its initiatives including providing college scholarships to high school seniors, financial assistance to junior tour players, grants to local charities, and providing golf clubs to children financially in need.</p>
<p>Juniors will ask family, friends, and neighbors for pledges throughout the junior tour season. Donors may pledge a dollar amount per birdie or per par or simply donate a flat donation towards their goal.</p>
<p>After the 2024 junior tour season is complete, birdies are totaled and donors' credit cards will be charged. After all donations have been collected, a winner will be named.</p>

<p>Junior golfers will ask family, friends, and neighbors for pledges to support them throughout the Junior Tour season. Donors may pledge a dollar amount per birdie or simply make a flat donation towards the Northern Ohio PGA Section Foundation. The Foundation has several initiatives including providing sets of golf clubs to juniors with financial need in its Clubs Fore Kids program, giving grants to other local charities, running PGA HOPE programs for Veterans using golf as rehabilitation, providing financial aid to junior tour members who may not be able to afford to play in tournaments, and more!</p>
